The absolute basic, included in the monthly rental price, comprises compulsory liability insurance, comprehensive insurance, a motorway vignette for the Czech Republic, and assistance service. But then there are other options you can optionally order, which can save you time, worries, and money.

Most sought-after services: winter tyre change, increased mileage, or full service
One of the legal obligations for motorists is to change to winter tyres. No leasing company will do that for you. Unless you pay extra for it. At Birne, as one of the premium services, you can choose winter tyre change including their storage. We will purchase and pay for everything for you – and you just go to the tyre service and have your vehicle changed.
Another interesting premium service is increased mileage. Perhaps you initially misjudged your needs and chose a tariff with too low mileage. The solution is simple – order an increase in mileage. And with that, you can also combine full service over 50,000 km/year, designed for the unique Flexi tariff. This way, you'll be sure that the car is in perfect order, you can drive anytime, anywhere, and Birne covers the service costs.
Although manufacturer-prescribed service is included as standard, you can also pay extra for full service. This is designed for all tariff types and, in addition to routine car checks, also includes the replacement of wear parts (such as brake pads, spark plugs, or discs). And again, you pay nothing extra for it.
Other services for crisis situations: assistance service or replacement vehicle
Birne's offer also includes other premium services for operating lease. These can be very useful if the car breaks down, you crash, or someone crashes into you. While you have assistance service as standard, you don't have a mobility guarantee. However, you can order this, and as soon as the car is immobile, you'll receive a free replacement vehicle.
In the event of a traffic accident, two other additional services can save you a lot of money. Firstly, there's a reduction in the excess for comprehensive insurance. This is 10 percent as standard, with a minimum of CZK 10,000. But you can have it reduced by half, i.e., 5% and a minimum of CZK 5,000. You'll then have to pay significantly less to the insurance company, and the savings can be in thousands to tens of thousands of crowns.
Secondly, another interesting option is extended coverage for minor damages, up to CZK 10,000 instead of the usual CZK 5,000. When you return the car after the contract ends, a technician will inspect it in detail to see if it's damaged in any way. If it is, you'll have to pay for the damage – but Birne usually waives minor damages up to CZK 5,000. If you pay extra, the coverage will apply to damages up to CZK 10,000.
