Coverage for minor damages upon return
You accidentally hit a curb with a wheel or damage the paint. Someone scratches your car while parking in a residential area or in front of a supermarket. Collision insurance doesn't cover such damage, and even if it does, there's a high deductible. With Birne, minor damages up to at least CZK 5,000 are covered without fees when you return the car.

Glass insurance
You cannot influence flying pebbles, vandalism, or falling trees. But with us, you don't have to worry about them. You pay nothing for glass repair, and for glass replacement, the deductible is only CZK 500.

Mandatory and comprehensive insurance
Mandatory liability insurance covers damage that you cause to other people with your car. Comprehensive insurance, on the other hand, covers damage to your car. But with us, you don't have to worry about them – you get mandatory liability insurance from us with a limit of CZK 100 million. And comprehensive insurance is also included in the price (with a deductible of 10%, but at least CZK 10,000).

A crashed car, a sudden breakdown on the road, a dead battery, or lost keys. An assistance service can help with all of these. Winter tires including fitting and storage
We will pay all costs associated with the use of winter tires for you. What does that mean? We will buy the tires, have the car re-shoed in spring and autumn, and have the tires stored at the service center. With the Value tariff, the cost is spread evenly throughout the year, while with the Try and Buy, Flexi Smart and Flexi tariffs, you only pay from October to March.

Accidental damage insurance (5% deductible)
Damage to your car by vandals, a falling tree, hail or an accident. All of this is covered by comprehensive insurance. If you don't want to overpay, take advantage of reducing the deductible on your comprehensive insurance to 5%. (However, you will always pay a minimum of CZK 5,000.)

Vehicle purchase
Will I always get a new car?
In our offer you will find both new and used cars.
When can I pick up the car?
For cars with availability marked "in stock", you can test drive and take delivery within 7 days of making a reservation. For cars with availability marked with a specific month, they will only become available during that month. Once the car is ready, we will inform you. You can then test drive and take delivery within 7 days of this notification.
Where and how do I pick up the car?
We will contact you before the handover to arrange a date and time. The handover location is at our premises in Prague Vysočany. Before we hand over the car to you, you can take it for a proper test drive. If you still want to keep the car after that, we will sign a rental agreement, hand over the keys, and set up your monthly subscription. You do not pay any start-up fee. All we require is a deposit, which we will refund to you at the end of the car's use.
Can someone else pick up the car?
For individuals, we need the person who will be renting the car. For companies, we need a person with signing authority or a power of attorney.
What about the possibility of returning or exchanging the car?
With the Value tariff, you can return the car after 6 months for a fee of 2 monthly rentals. The Flexi Smart tariff allows you to return it after 6 months for free. If you chose the Flexi tariff, you can decide to return the car or exchange it for another one at any time after just 2 months of use. For all tariffs, please allow a 14-day notice period.

What is a refundable deposit for
The refundable deposit is determined by the car model. You will usually pay CZK 20,000 to CZK 50,000 by card on the day of car collection. If you return the car to us in good condition at the end of the rental period, we will refund your deposit.
What is the Minor Damage Cover service after return for CZK 5,000 or CZK 10,000 for?
It's useful when you accidentally scratch a wheel on a curb or damage the paint beyond normal wear and tear. Collision insurance won't pay for similar damages, and if it does, the deductible is high. You no longer have to worry that a moment of inattention will cost you a lot of money. We cover minor damages at our expense, which we identify when the vehicle is returned – even those that are beyond normal wear and tear, up to the total agreed amount.
What tires does the car come with?
We supply the car with summer tires as standard from the factory. However, if you pick up the car in winter and have paid extra for winter tires, you will receive it with winter tires. In this case, the time required to prepare the car will be extended by approximately 10 days.
Payment
How does the monthly subscription payment work?
When you pick up the car, we will jointly set up a direct debit authorization from your account. The monthly subscription will be debited a few days before the start of the next month of use. We will send you the tax document via email.
Will I pay anything extra besides the monthly subscription?
We may invoice you for traffic fines, deductible for an insurance event, or service work beyond standard warranty service, such as replacing wipers, refilling operating fluids (windshield washer fluid, AdBlue), brake pads...
Can I change the scope of additional services during use?
Unfortunately, we cannot do that. You can set the scope of additional services when booking or when picking up the car.
Can I take the car abroad?
Certainly. You can travel to the territories of European Union countries, the European Economic Area, Great Britain, and Switzerland.
Is there a GPS in the car?
Yes. GPS helps us keep cars secure in case of theft. If interested, you can also use the Logbook service according to the valid price list in the Administrative Fees document.
