What does it mean that you offer cars on subscription?
With us, you don't "pay in installments" for a car, but use it as a service. You pay a monthly subscription (like Netflix) – and we'll take care of the rest. Including service, insurance, and roadside assistance.
Why is a refundable deposit paid?
The deposit is our assurance that the car will be treated with care. It is fully refundable if the car is returned in good condition. You will always know the amount of the deposit in advance.
Can you really disable my car if I don't pay?
Yes, we have technology that enables us to safely restrict vehicle operation in the event of unpaid installments. This is a last resort, after prior notice. However, we will never leave you "stranded" – we always strive to find a fair solution.
