Service Appointment
Do not forget that a service visit is entirely at your own expense, from booking to car transport.
Invoicing of service operations
In the service portal, please check the completed tasks but do not make any payments. Birne will subsequently invoice you directly for any tasks exceeding the scope of the agreed-upon service under your plan.
Home Tyre Service
If you have ordered winter tires from Birne, you only select the tire service before your first visit.
Insured event
In the event of an insured event, do not forget to also report the damage via email to Birne, along with the required documents.
